Cleanings:
We do not assure all stains, spots or spills to be removed completely; however, we will do our very best to remove them. Some stains, spots or spills are set in due to neglect or lack of maintenance. With cleaning from us, Area Rug Cleaner Brooklyn, you will always be satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied, we will clean it again at no additional charge. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the original service date. Any new services, even within the 24 hour period, will be charged separately. No refunds on cleaning services.

Repairs:
With the initial visit, the technician will explain the entire service from beginning to end. Before this service is started, the full amount must be paid. For any service that we are hesitant to perform but are still insisted upon by the customer, we waive all warranties and the full amount will be due. No refunds on repair services.

Sales and Installations:
All new sales, installations, and rug pads are final sale. No exchanges and no returns are accepted. These are custom ordered items and once an order is placed, the manufacturer cannot stop the process. No refunds or exchanges on sales and installations including carpets, window coverings, and rug pads.
